Trust on Totally Enterprise is a receipt, not a slogan. Each provider is checked by a person, the check is dated, and what was verified is shown on the listing.
The score combines verification depth, profile completeness, responsiveness and verified review history. It cannot be bought, and sponsorship never changes it.
Paid tiers do not buy the score — they unlock the tools that earn it. Basic gives a claimed profile, Verified adds reply-promise tracking and diaspora signals, and Premium adds rich profile fields that increase completeness. A free listing can outrank a paid one if the signals are stronger.
Reviews come from buyers we can confirm engaged the provider. We never render fake ratings or placeholder star counts; where there is no review history yet, we say so plainly.
Providers and buyers can challenge trust scores, reviews, verification decisions and sponsored placements. The process is human-reviewed, with no retaliation, and produces a written outcome.
